The HT4 is our Digital High Temperature (120°F to 1000°F) Process Rod Oven with a large 330 lbs capacity thanks to its 3 removable shelves made in Stainless Steel to hold electrodes and avoid contaminations. The HT4 is a very sophisticated High Temperature Rod Oven, with a fully programmable 7-day timer, meaning the user can set fully customisable programmes for all 7 days of the week, which showcases the ovens user friendliness and eco-friendly, power saving attributes. The HT4 oven’s dual set point programmability means that it can easily handle typical baking and keeping cycles for all different types of electrode with an adjustable holding/ soak time in between baking and keeping temperatures. All of the features described can be quickly accessed and adjusted thanks to the HT4’s easy to use user interface. The high-density insulation used in the HT4 provides high levels of both thermal and energy efficiency. The high 3 kW power output gives the HT4 High Temperature Rod Oven the possibility of quick and efficient heating ramps, and when used in conjunction with the 7-day programmable timer, the user can ensure the oven is at the desired temperature at the right time. Just like all the digital ovens in our range, each HT4 Rod Oven is accurately tested and calibrated before shipment.
